A bilingual sale and purchase agreement, representation under power of attorney, registration at the land registry and the transfer of utilities.
Commission only on a successful sale
If the buyer contacts you directly and you do not need our help, you pay nothing on top of the listing fee. If FINDDOME does broker the sale: 4% net (min. €2,000) + 21% Dutch VAT.

The listing fee covers editing the text, processing the photos and putting the listing together. A translation costs €25 per language.
