Register with a few details. You receive an email with a link to set your password, and then put your listing together step by step in your own area, photos included. You pay nothing upfront: we review the listing and publish it as soon as it is approved.

    You give your name, email address and phone number. That is all you need to begin.

    Email and password

    We send you a link by email. Click it to set your password.

  3. 03

    Put the listing together

    Step by step: package, property details, description, photos. You can stop at any time and carry on later.

  4. 04

    Review

    One of our team reviews the listing and asks for a correction if needed.

  5. 05

    Publication

    An approved listing goes live at once, in 5 languages in 8 countries. You never pay for a listing that is rejected.

  6. 06

    Payment

    You then pay by card or bank transfer; payment does not hold up publication.

Before you take photos

  1. In daylight, in the sun Take photos in good daylight, ideally in sunny weather, and switch on every light.
  2. Tidy up first Tidy up and put personal belongings away. Buyers should see the house, not your things.
  3. Curtains open Draw the curtains back and raise the shutters. Every bit of light counts.
  4. The whole room Stand in a corner of the room and shoot at chest height, so the whole room is in the frame.
  5. Phone on its side, clean lens Hold the phone horizontally (landscape) and wipe the lens first.
  6. No people Make sure nobody is in the photo: not you either, not even in a mirror.

Why it matters Most buyers live abroad and decide from the photos whether to get in touch and whether to make the trip for a viewing. Good photos bring more interest straight away.
